Do You Have a Career in Marketing and Marketing Research?

There's a trend in many industries where you have women that are starting in the junior level roles, but they're not quite making it up the ladder so to speak or for the pipeline to the C suite. Marketing and marketing research tend to be industries that are lots of long hours and crazy work schedules. So I think taking advantage of that and not just letting myself think, oh, I'm stuck here is really important too.
