Rihta: Releasing self is already present. We don't have to build it or manufacture it. Our part's practising every day to give space rit no matter if it's one or two steps back from tammy, or maybe it's they're checked out and having a great time at slash mountain. After we spend some time just embodying our own self self energy, then we can connect with a part, what i call a part of the day. And sometimes people do like to reference their parts for this cards - you know, these were the key burdens, or here's the most important qualities that are retrieved in your life.
