In terms of who we've hired, it's been a mix. We definitely have some newer people who this is one of their first jobs out of college. And it's a mix of aggregation and original reporting. So they are doing traditional aggregation looking out and seeing what's happening in the news ecosystem. But they're also picking up the phone, calling local officials, calling experts to get explanations.
