Sometimes we'll have a sensation in the body, such as right now, again, I'll go to my experience. So there's a difference between getting caught or watching the arising of a thought based on an experience. Okay, thinking is happening. The thought is passing. Now what picks up my attention? The birds keep calling me. Breathing. Sensation in my spine. Deep breath. Right. This, it's choiceless because we're allowing ourselves to sit back and not have to actively create anything. It's a watching, a knowing, a seeing. Then we get this really beautiful view of how phenomenon changes. And we don't have to do anything.
