I was using a french press for a while to make my coffee. The issue with french presses, that i shared recently on instagram, is that it allows a compound in coffee called cafe stall to make it into your cup. Cafe stall has been shown to be really good for bluecoat, glu blucos, glucose a regulation like it increases insolent sensitivity an and glucos up taken to cells. I no longer brew my coffe with the french press. I use the porover filter, and i use a, the porover brew method,. And i use a paper filter. Paper filters absorb nearly all of the cafe stall. So i get that out of my coffee.
