i wrote two books on feet, because i think that the ailments people are showing up with would be different if their feet had not been taped and clumped up. We're dealing with cellular sedentarism, which is a clump of sedentary cells. You can have otherwise very fit individuals who don't get enough sonar feedback back to em everything they throw out comes back misshapen and wrong. It's like looking at your feeling your movement through a fun house mirror. And so w what i've often said is, as a bio mechanist, we worry about ancle mobility cause we know how vital it is.
