Facilitation and Conversation Design - What's the Difference?

I like the way you frame it. It's important to have the meeting about meetings, because i imagine if you hav one meeting about meetings, you can probably avoid ten meetings that you didn't really need. I don't like the word facilitation so much, just because linguistic roots like this word facile, which means to make easy. And on one hand, it is what a facilitator does. Through the architecting of process, creates an easier path for people. Sometimes i design conversations that are hard for people. The clients don't like it.
