The Importance of Passion in Teaching
I think it's more important for people to entertain other walks of life besides teaching because they need to be prepared to make a commitment to their student body. To me it's kind of like committing to having a child. You have to really take care of the business and nurture your students. Otherwise you risk having an academy that fails. I fell in love with teaching from a young age, my father was a teacher so he inspired me too. But right now for me I think I'm kind of moving away from that and possibly letting that be something that happens in my future into my 30s just not right now. Not when I'm in more of an exploring sort of phase in my life
