How to Make Parasympathetic for an Athlete

The concept is make what is sympathetic so highly stressful, but we're always performing eventually parasympathetic. The one thing about this approach is it puts the coach on the hook, because you have to know what is the effort or pace that you're trying to makeParasympathetic for the athlete. So it requires a little upfront deliberation and intelligence on the coaches part. Then it's just like, then you just focus all your attention on making this target effort or target pace as non threatening as possible. And we do that through training and we do that via flex training. Yep.
