I definitely see an argument to be made for moderating and not going overboard with the saturated fat. I do agree that like overdoing the saturated fat, which becomes very easy in the modern industrialized food supply. But then you have to also look at, we just spoke about the dose makes the poison, but also everyone has to know that you're dealing with different people.
