Noise in the Judiciary

The average difference between two judges setting sentence on the same case was more than three and a half years. So that a defendant faces te lawer, not talking here about biasno, it oll my noise, young. This is variability. We have no idea what the bias is because we actually don't know what the correct sentence is. O we cannot evaluate bias here, but we can value it variability.
