Most people injure their ring finger or their middle finger in climbing I don't know if you've noticed that but that's like those are the heavy hitters yeah. It reproduces your pain a little bit all right okay so it is a little bit painful yes and the reason why is just like when we do remodeling for a tendonitis or tendinopathy and you're like oh there's my pain and you do five reps of it because you need to know that you're actually stressing that tissue, creating a micro inflammatory response.
