I Love the Cold in the Morning

In an ideal world, one would train and then do sauna or heat exposure of some kind. We've actually run this experiment on professional athletes. A really cold, shocking exposure will be a net result of you being more relaxed throughout the day in general. So i think it's a great way to start your day. You won't need nearly as much coffee after three minutes in 30 degree water.
