How Long Should You Do Your Sweat Test?

Having a nice round number just makes the calculations easier. Taking note of the actual temperature ambient temperature and then relative humidity would also be helpful. So ideally, I'd say the session should be longer than an hour. But yeah, I think if you can do sort of closer to two hours, that's preferable. For runners, that can be a challenge because that is a pretty long run for a lot of people.
