The Benefits of Hangboard Training

The YouTube video that came out of hangboard training two times a day for 30 days. What were your thoughts on that? It's a cool idea I think it makes sense and what it makes me think of is when people have like an Achilles tendon injury or they get like a patellar tendon injury, the tendon pathology is bad enough that they unload someone for a period of time. So essentially was a function of him underloading his connective tissues and then it improved his sports performance. But you want to think about the sustainability of it so understanding why it works is really what's important because it works great try it but you can't keep doing that for an extended period of time
