Swimming Coach - What's the Best Way to Get Into the Deep End of a Pool?
13 out of 14 people passed the swimming course. The one person that didn't was a combination of couldn't do the swimming requirement, but also literally panicked when they were grabbed from behind in the deep end. They freaked out. And it's not uncommon, even for a strong swimmer,. which is why you really had to practice to get confident and comfortable in otherwise a harrowing situation.
