Ben: There's something about enjoying the pursuit like you said Ben and then I think the other thing that really resonated with me was just identity. Like understanding who you are independent of the things that you do and what you know being really sort of secure and content in who that person is so that when you have things that don't go your way or you aren't quite as balanced it's not like rocking your whole identity. Julie: No one's life is made up of two conflicting priorities but CrossFit athletes can work an extra hour at the office a day for a period of time if we allow ourselves to be aware of this. We're not doing the 20 the 18 to 20 hours
