How to Recover From Injury Setbacks
I've been very, very inconsistent with warm ups over the years. I'm also a lot more careful now on very, very cold temperature days. And then lastly is trying to develop some kind of mindset resilience around the injury setback because they are going to happen and trying to get back from them as you age in the climbing process feels harder and feels a bigger impact. These do reflect a lot of what I've seen in working with athletes and clients over the years as well so I've tried to keep it broad and not just giving you things which are weird about me but I've not really seen anywhere else.
