How Do You Feel About Stress?
I'm such a competitive and numbers person. I'd focus so much on it that would stress me out to the stage where i didn't do anything, and then didn't hit my target. Swas like this downward spiral of stress. Over the years, i've learnt things like meditation, using aps, like head space,. That really helped me when i used to get ready stressed.
