Boosting Bone Health
I agree with chantel and that it can be detrimental when we think about longevity and sport. There's no reason why you should be running 20 hours a week and then riding your bike and another 20. More cycling, swimming, skiing is not going to help bone help. Um, you can't really add to that after a certain age, men, for women. So you probably need something multi directional, stress, strength, training, am to boost that bone health so that you can keep plan at this for decades to come.
