How to Get Overwhelmed With Your to Do List
One of the things that I'll recommend people to do is to develop a kind of a master list of projects get it all out of their head and on to some kind of paper into the computer. Get those those projects out of your head and start brainstorming the different tasks that belong to those projects so that they're somewhere so you don't have to keep thinking about them. The last thing I'm going to talk about here is if you feel like you're taking on too much and this is kind of tricky a little bit because sometimes you you don't maybe have a say in how much you take on depending if you're getting it from your boss or whatever but it's definitely this boundary
