The Importance of Competing

I started competing like three weeks into my Jiu Jitsu. I won zero matches, you know, like I won no matches whatsoever. That was a white belt mentality that almost broke me. It made me gave me some sort of confidence, but it was like a fake confidence in a sense. But at the end of the day, he felt that that was that was a very good learning experience.
