The best thing is a successful combination of both. Bot the physical environment, in tims of being in it, in a gim or a park that suits the type of fitness that youre you're going after,. But also the people. What's your thoughts on training intuitively, just by feel whatever you want to do on the versus having a strict parograme? I'm going to go a bit brusly on you. Cause i tried training intuitively for many, many years. It works very nicely, until suddenly hit happens. And because you've trained intuitively, you have no idea where it went.
