I do feel like we want to empower but there are some barriers to that empowerment as well not just the speed with which we close tickets one is that people in support might just have a boat loaded tickets and might think that they're either wasting their time passing the buck or heaven forbid being condescending by delivering training. As an organization you really need to foster that open communication across the board because if I come out and only show my face when a ticket was mismanaged or an issue wasn't solved it's going to be your boss so make sure everybody's comfortable with what they're doing.
