The Differences Between Running and Running

I think maybe one thing that triathletes do that runners don't do so much would be your kind of Ironman pace run. So probably in running, you also do those high endurance zone two sessions if you're just a runner. As a triathlete, you're always going to run tired and you're always basically going to be sub threshold or sub threshold. But I mean, the emphasis on those workouts is significantly less than it would be for a pure runner.
