How Much Is It Happening in the US?

CNN's John Defterios takes a look at how politicians buy their way out of problems. He says the big business will be able to avoid paying taxes if they can sell off small businesses and take capital gains tax-free. But he argues that this is not likely to happen, as it has happened before with pandemics. The real threat comes from 'corporations' taking advantage of loopholes in current laws - such as those which allow them to pass on huge profits by buying up smaller firms for low prices.
