As a trainer that is a really exciting kind of movement because people are now recognizing that actually fitness can be for your 70s, 80s and 90s. One of the things that I am very aware of doing and have incorporated into my life is weightlifting yeah weightlifting lifting weights. Having that muscle mass is really important in order to feel good through menopause.
