Rituals like watching the great british bake off and playing discord with friends have helped. I think it's just that under we had a very tight lock down in melbourne, andthe tha we weren't even allowed to leave the house for very long. Couldn't travel anywhere, and the days to start to blend together in a weird way. So i'm normally not the biggest fan of a of routine in that way, but now i clamor for it. It's important to me to have it.
