Is There a Time When It Feels Like It's Not Going to Happen?
An offer was made a year before we signed a term sheet and it was insulting me low. I think like part of me knew that, you know, walking away from the table offended was an negotiating tactic. A year later, the price was double. That was definitely a time when it was clear it wasn't going to happen. But my reaction would just be to basically be shopping yourself at the same time that you're fundraising.
