When you have no space in this nervous system, and somebody triggers you, that anger that frustration is right beneath the surface. And boy, golly, does it want an outlet? Oh my goodness, that anger wants to come out. But when we speak with anger, it's not us speaking with anger,. It's anger using our voice. We can take our inner development and inner work seriously whilst also not being serious about it. Because the universe likes it when we alleviate ourselves from having to be serious.
