The Nuclear Threat

A recent article by a Russian named Sergei Kharaganov said that Russia needs to adopt a more bellicose nuclear posture. If the Russians are losing I think it's likely that the Russians would turn to nuclear weapons and they would use those nuclear weapons in Ukraine. As long as the Russians are on the upside of the battle not on the downside the likelihood of nuclear use is very low.
