Train Your Body Parts Twice a Week

I would do chest back off legs shoulders arms off repeat so that's actually a beautiful cycle I've used that so many times in so many different ways we train each body part once every five days on that rotation. If you're someone who just trains legs like an absolute savage then you do legs and you do off and then repeat it. You could also do which tends to be very popular is two days on like this for example let's say you do push legs off pull off repeat now I did that particular example because sometimes people's shoulders feel better by having the push day and the pull day separated by 48 hours not always the case if you have really banged up shoulders.
