Do You Know What Your Max Heart Rate Is?
Don't pay any attention to the formula of it they tell you for figuring out your max hartwright. Max hartwright is on a wild bell curve with a lot of standard deviation based on individuals. And i think i'm the prime example. I have a pretty low resting heart rate, and my max heart rate is probably a hundred, 70 beats per minute. If i were to try to get my heart right there for a medium workout, i would destroy myself every single day. So then it begs the question, if you're not willing to find out what your max HART rate is by doing a workout that gradually elevates it, until you can't go any more,
