i am kind of intimidated, for the most part, by cooking. It took me years before i was able to brown meat - something that is super easy, but it gave me anxiety to stand at the stove and brown meat. view cooking as an experiment. I think it's so important to show your kids at a young age the importance of eating a healthy, balanced diet. And instead of making them a separate meals, giving them the food that you're eating too.
