How to Set Up Your World to Avoid Failures
If you're not aware of what derails you, then it's going to be very difficult to either plan ahead and prevent that or deal with those instances when they come up. And if you can track that progress, you will be able to own that success, even though it doesn't feel like a success, right? You're still doing the bad behavior. You're still failing to some extent, but you're failing less. That means you get to own all your successes, but that also means you need to figure out how to prevent all of your failures from happening again.
