I apologize for saying anything negative and so please accept my apologies it was inappropriate and I really feel bad about it. Sometimes alcohol can be a truth serum and that's not an excuse at all but I really wanted to think through like why does that person's name trigger me and I did a lot of journaling on it Talk to a therapist about this and I'm just sharing this so maybe it's helpful for you. When people say someone else is like an amazing moral person and they're loyal and they're honest and they're authentic and they're good person and I know the opposite to be true. character stuff really triggers me when I misjudged somebody, which challenges my own beliefs
