The Shift in Communication Styles in the Church

In 25 years in LA, how have you seen communication shift in terms of how people hear? My daughter just turned 31. We came here when Mariah was 30 days old. So it's 31 years, 31 years. And I would say there's a lot of things that have shifted in terms of communications styles. But to become a great communicator, you have to be a great listener.
