Last year you came out with training for the uphill athletes. So how would you explain the differences between these and why follow up one with the other relatively short time frame? Yeah, that's a great question. When we published the training for the new alpinism, some of your audience might know the name Killian Jornay. I think I refer to him as the world's number one interned athlete right now. And he recently set the record on Mount Everest twice within 10 days.
