The Evolution of Rugby
Rugby players are still getting fitter, stronger and more muscular. The days of just having a very lean, low muscle mass winger has gone. We've now got a 120 kilo wing as you can do the 110 seconds. So I don't think we're anywhere near to say that there is fit and strong as we can be. It's like lean mass is higher, body fat's lower. You arrive at the same point on the scale, but with quite a different human being.
