Phantam Equity - What's the Structure of Yours?

The term phantam equity means a lot of different things. It meant to mimic the valucation of o f the company. And and so, you know, at the point that you came in, there would sort of be a mark to mark it. And then there was vesting. And then we had, we would use ametric to to value it. But i actually wanted to have a way to make sure that if people were there for a time, a lot of companies is like, you lose everything if you leave.
