Blue Printing

There are kind of three forms that I think blue printing often takes, you know. The first is to collect all that stuff together and understand how the thing actually works rather than how everyone thinks it does. Then there is this other end of it, which is we've ideated and worked out what we want this idealized service to be. And people often will make a kind of blueprint. And I've got my hands, like a kind of fisherman here with kind of, they're often these huge, they used to be these huge posters on the wall. It's great deliverable for clients because they love a big poster.
