The Germans handed over $4 billion or something to Namibia in reparation for the alleged genocide of the Hararro, which is a myth. It's going to end up in party cadres, you know, pockets in people who wouldn't know the perpetrators gave money to people who wanted the victims. The Europeans being ultimately, they don't really care about brown or black people, they care more about their moral, more moral guilt and their self absorption.
