Burnout Recovery

There is a correlation between the level of burnout and how long it takes to recover, but that correlation is not y equals x number three. As you are recovering, there is often an extended period where you are taking the right action, but you just don't feel better in level terms. This phase can last for weeks unfortunately. And if the burnout was really extreme, sometimes it lasts for months. You will start to feel better, often quite suddenly. When this happens, you'll realize that your tank was slowly refilling the whole time, but you were so tired that you couldn't feel it.
