The Value of Introspection in Facilitation

In your training, in your facilitations, you are actually injecting time for introspection. And and on the show, we've talked a lot about the value of introspection. For me, it's co equal. It's just as important as outer speech, if not more important. You have to feel that out a when you are having that outer conversation. How do you go through that process of recognizing tempo? Ye, so it's much harder on lione, because in person, you caudn actually hear the room. I know when a group starts talking and wor the volume room raises to a certain level, that it's time to move on to the next topic. That
