The front squat is 475 I don't see how you're gonna get 405 for eight with the front squat at 475 and I think Mark you're gonna have to sit down and ask yourself why you want to do this goal. We got a question from Sarah who recently started training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu but many of the movements make her incredibly dizzy. Is it possible to build up a resistance to or train yourselves out of getting dizzy from very specific moments? Can forward rolls eventually stop making me dizzy or would it just be putting myself in necessary suffering?
