The Complexity of the Callestral System
A saturated fat means a fatty acid hydrocarbon that has no double bonds in it. A mono on saturated fat has a single double bond in it, and a pollyon saturated fat has two or more. Collestral can attach to albumen - which is another protein in the plasma that can hide this hydrophobic part of them in inability to transport them through. They are brought to tissues that are very good at extracting triglicerides from lypo proteins muscle cells. The real purpose of our lypo protein, our lipid transportation system, is to develop transport energy to tissues that need them.
