How to Deal With a Burn Out

The people pleaser tries harder when they don't get what they want. The extra compassionate behaviours will certainly work against you and be a part of your emotional deficit. This is all part of the burn out. And for me, it's always been a four year burn out. I will have a friend that i overly accommodate and really compassionate about, and in about four years, i'm sick of doing it.
