How to Improve the Customer Experience
It raised some really important questions about how we treat and handle data, which actually led to a bunch of other changes too. So it wasn't just the apology that came out of this. We wrote our privacy policy shortly thereafter to really clearly explain, what are we actually doing with your data? And i think that's one of those think as we try to improve the business and think of the businessself as a product, we got to fix the bugs.
