The Importance of Customer Service in the Hospitality Industry
I think the five most damaging words that were ever uttered about the impact of the hospitality industry have been the customer is always right. I like to create spaces that are more broadly inclusive because I do want people to come across people that are different than them and realize that those people aren't scary. If we can just start bridging that gap with communal spaces that provide a safe space to do that, maybe that's that's part of the role that that hospitality can play.
