The Effects of Muscle Damage on Myofibril Addition

Once the myofibril addition process has ended I think we're probably in the situation where we are not anabolic because otherwise we could just create ton of damage through any mechanism we wanted to. That would mean that we'd be permanently in an anabolic state and I don't think that's happening. You can have a lot to muscle damage and still experience atrophy or any there is data showing that that can happen so yeah I think yeah that you can have you can have aAthlete: Is it possible that the higher expressions of myops actually kind of maintains that the existing myofibrils or the new myofibrs until the muscle damage process is done too?
